"I just got set up with a policy here and I'm elated with the deal I got. Previously I had my auto & renters bundled elsewhere and another company handled my motorcycle, it was the cheapest deal I could find. That was until Emily worked with me, I got all 3 bundled together with better coverage for significantly cheaper. Not only is it easier to have everything in one place but now I'm saving money while getting better coverage all around. I've worked with them in the past but at those times it was cheaper to go elsewhere. Regardless they checked in every few months to see if we could get me a better deal. When it was cheaper elsewhere there was no pushing or overstepping. Just a quick check and then setting up time about 6 months from then to check again. I would 100% recommend reaching out. The worst that can happen is not having a deal that works for you at the time but they'll keep you in mind and when prices drop they reach out. Phenomenal team through and through."

"Not even sure this lady lives in Colorado anymore. We have multiple properties with this agency and have never met her. We have had numerous frustrating expereinces with her staff not understanding basic questions about car and homeowners insurance. One example is when we asked if Car Seats would be covered/replaced after and accident and they thought we were reffering to seats in a car vs seats for kids in a car 🤦🏻‍♂️. Would not recommend. Had a water leak in a rental so reached out to Kendra Gries - State Farm Insurance Agent to get it covered. They found a loophole to not cover it. Second time we have had to file a claim & second time they have worked to not cover things all while collecting monthly insurance premiums. Good bye!"
