I can’t explain how amazing Kienin has been in not only answering all of my many questions, and trust me, I have SO MANY QUESTIONS I ask her all the time. She saved me so much money! She looked at my policy and walked me through things I had unnecessary double coverage on. She immediately brought my bill down substantially and I can’t thank her enough! Kienin is a rockstar!! "Less than a month after starting my policy, my monthly premium suddenly increased from $180 to $325 with no clear explanation. I reached out for answers and was ignored, including after being told I would receive a phone call that never happened. Communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process.

To make matters worse, my policy was canceled without any notice or explanation. I only found out after checking myself, and even then, no one could tell me why my premium had nearly doubled. Being left without communication and having my policy canceled unexpectedly is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this office"

"She dont listen to the needs of the customer/client. Harassing and dont do what needs to be done. I asked on multiple occasions to have payment date changed one day of the week to my actual payday and she kept it exactly how it was charging me over $50 a month for my $14 policy. SCAM!!!!!!"
